The acrylic block was cnced in order to create wave texture.

Sweep 6mm Ball. Used to smooth channel

Zconstant 10mm Flat bit used to remove unwanted materials and then finish the flat surface.

LASERCUT

The acrylic block used for testing was lasercut three times in order to cut since the acrylic was 15mm thick.

For the testing model of the frame i used 3mm MDF.

For the floor i used 2mm MDF for the top layer and 4mm MDF for the bottom layer with the column holes.

Box was 4mm MDF.

Columns: Printer Ultimaker S5 Printer type FDM Material White PLA.

Printer is formlabs fuse 1 process is DLD (selective laser sintering) material is nylon post processing was fuse sift and sandblaster.

For using the Fuse sift I had to make sure I was wearing safety gloves as well as face masks. I used different brushes to catch everything.

Sandblaster was used with face mask.
